A five-day retreat, hour by hour in outline
An offsite in a hotel ballroom keeps the team within reach of the office. Five days on a boat put real water between them and it. The outline below keeps the stops of the sample route and leaves each day's agenda to you; the captain fixes the order, and weather can move any stop.
Day 1 is boarding and the first swims: Sebayur or Siaba, Taka Makassar, Manta Point. Day 2 starts with the walk up Padar and moves on to Pink Beach. Day 3 runs off the clock, with Komodo Island, Pengah and Kalong and no fixed hour between them, which makes it the day for a long session on deck.
Rinca and Manjarite fill day 4, and day 5 finishes at Kelor before the harbour. Keep flights home to 14:00 or later. The team sleeps aboard every night, in a bay the captain chooses each evening with the weather in view.

Pickup at 08:30 on day 1 is the one fixed hour of an open trip; a private charter's pickup time is set with your date. Every other time on this page is a planning guide, and the captain sets the stop order on the day.
Fourteen colleagues and two managers: the cabin plan
Fourteen colleagues and two managers make sixteen, which fills eight of the nine cabins. The organiser pairs people up, and those who already share a desk tend to share a cabin happily. The finished plan is confirmed in writing before payment.
Misool, the upper-deck master, has a private balcony with sofa and jacuzzi; hand it to whoever most needs a door to close. Weh and Mentawai bring a bathtub and big windows. On the main deck two pairs sleep beside the dining room, and below, three pairs share 8.75 sqm cabins and the fourth stays empty.
Cabins differ in size, and seniority ashore need not decide the cabins at sea. If rank is going to cause trouble, draw lots; otherwise give the upper deck to those who ask for it.

What the retreat costs, and who pays what
Five days for sixteen people come to IDR 236,000,000 (≈ USD 14,479). That is IDR 200,000,000 (≈ USD 12,270) for the first ten plus IDR 6,000,000 (≈ USD 368) for each of the other six, or IDR 14,750,000 (≈ USD 905) per person.
Finance will ask for a per-day figure. Per day, per head, the longer plan wins: on three days the same sixteen would pay IDR 10,440,000 (≈ USD 640) each. Five days mean a larger invoice and a cheaper day.
Park tickets come on top. So do a guide and any photo or video documentation, which we quote separately if the team wants them. Hotel nights before and after the sailing are outside the price as well.

Meetings on a boat with local Wi-Fi only
The Wi-Fi aboard is local only, so nobody should count on an office connection. Plan sessions that need none: strategy, a workshop on paper, the long conversation that never fits into a Tuesday. Send documents round before boarding.
On the main deck you have the indoor lounge and indoor dining, plus outdoor dining under a canopy. No projector or screen is listed, so ask us before building a session around one. Charging points are not listed either, and we do not promise them.
This page makes no meeting-room claim. What Elbark offers is a place where a team gives up on its messages after a day and starts talking. Agree the ground rules beforehand: which sessions happen on deck, which hours stay free, when a swim in the break is fine.
Invoice, VAT and approval: how finance sees it
Companies need an invoice, one clear figure and a clear way out. The policy lists VAT at 11%. Ask us how the invoice shows it, whose name goes on it and which currency it uses, and the answer comes in writing before payment.
A 50% deposit falls due once the plan is confirmed in writing, and the remainder 30 days before departure. Cancel at least 60 days out and 50% is refunded; between 30 and 59 days, 25%. Moving the date costs IDR 500,000.
Pass the written plan and price to finance and let approval take its course. Nothing is held before the deposit, and our plan is written for an approver to read in one sitting: days, cabins and sum on a single page.
Booking a retreat across two quarters of the year
A retreat can be signed off in one quarter and sailed in the next. Ask for the written plan now and let the deposit confirm the dates. The balance falls 30 days before departure, so the other half lands on the second quarter's budget.
Begin with a WhatsApp naming the head count, the five days, the month and the earliest flight anyone has. The reply is a cabin plan and one price. If Elbark cannot sail, the team keeps its dates aboard another phinisi, no lower in class, or the company is refunded in full within 14 days.
A 2027 retreat is priced on the current list until a new one is issued, and finance sees the price in writing before anything is paid.

FAQ
Can we hold a meeting on board?
Yes, on deck or in the lounge. No meeting room, projector or screen is listed, so ask us before you plan around one. Local Wi-Fi is on board, and between the sky deck and the lounge a team can split into two groups.
Is there internet on board?
Local Wi-Fi, yes. It is no line back to the office, so plan sessions that do without. We quote no speed. Share documents before boarding, and tell clients your connection is not guaranteed.
Can you issue one invoice for the company?
Ask us. The policy lists VAT at 11%, and we confirm in writing how the invoice shows it, whose name it carries, and the dates for deposit and balance. Nothing is held before the deposit of 50%.
What if half the team cannot swim?
Every snorkel stop is optional, and non-swimmers keep to the boat or the beach. Manta Point has current, so only confident swimmers or guests in a life jacket go in there. Ask us how the party is looked after, and we confirm in writing before payment.
