Around the boat: what we arrange, and what stays with you

A party this size does not fit in a taxi. Eighteen guests and their bags need a larger vehicle, or two, and we arrange one on request. A larger vehicle is quoted separately, and the figure comes in writing before you pay.

We name no vehicle model and no seat count here, since none is published, and we ask the party for its head count and luggage. Surfboards, cases of equipment and very large suitcases are worth mentioning in the first message.

If the party arrives in two flights, say so. One vehicle can wait for the second group, or two vehicles can meet each flight, and the quote shows which.

The offer: a free beach dinner setup on a minimum charter of 3 nights. That makes the setup free on any plan from four days. What is served, where and when is agreed with the captain on the day, and the weather has a say.

Other dinners are on request. A seafood dinner, an island dinner, a private-island dinner, an occasion dinner and its decoration all go through us, each with written confirmation sent before payment. We promise no menu and no place, because neither is published.

The same goes for a family gathering, a corporate evening or a meeting arranged on board. Tell us your idea; it goes to the boat, and our reply states what is possible and what it costs.

A private-charter price does not carry a guide, nor photo or video documentation. Both are quoted separately on request, so you decide whether a guide or a photographer joins and see the figure before you agree.

The shared open trip works the other way. The cruise director guide and the photographer are part of the cabin fare, because that trip is sold as a guided product.

Ask us about a camera drone first: it requires a park permit, and its ticket sits outside any boat price. Ask us what the park requires before the drone leaves its case. We do not name camera models and we do not promise equipment.

We arrange the booking, the payment, the pickup and the written plan. The boat's own crew runs the boat. That division matters. The captain answers on the day about the water, the stops and the anchorage. We answer about the money and the dates.

The hotels page lists our partner hotels near the harbour, and we sell those rooms directly, with the rate confirmed for your dates. Flights, travel insurance, park tickets and personal expenses stay with you; we help you choose the flight but do not sell tickets.
