The calendar, starting with the next Friday sailing
Each sailing is in the calendar below with its status, beginning with Friday, 6 November 2026. Each one is a 3-day, 2-night trip leaving on a Friday or, some weeks, a Monday, and you buy a cabin rather than the boat, sharing the decks with other parties. Pickup is at 08:30 on day 1; on day 3 you are back on the Labuan Bajo quay by 11:00 to 12:00.
The list is drawn from the boat's own schedule and shifts each time a cabin goes. No flag means the date is open, which is not quite the same as your cabin being free on the morning you write.
The route is the standard one, from Sebayur or Siaba and Padar on day 1 to Kalong at the end of day 2 and Kelor with Manjarite on day 3. On any given morning the weather can reshuffle it.

Which fare belongs to which cabin on a sailing with others
Dates never change the fare; cabins do. Misool is IDR 11,500,000 (≈ USD 706) per person with two sharing. Weh and Mentawai cost IDR 9,350,000 (≈ USD 574) each, Selayar and Rote IDR 8,350,000 (≈ USD 512), Toraja and Alor IDR 7,000,000 (≈ USD 429). Banda Neira and Savu, the lowest, are IDR 6,500,000 (≈ USD 399).
A cruise director guide and a photographer come with every fare. Park tickets are paid on top. Every one of the nine is air-conditioned and ensuite; sizes and decks are on the cabins page.
Travelling alone is possible. Ask how a single booking is priced on your date and we answer in writing.

Choosing a date, then a cabin in writing
Date first, cabin second. Tell us the Friday or Monday you have in mind, how many are coming and which cabin you would like. We check it against the schedule. If it is free, we name it in writing, and then you pay.
Flags carry two messages only: a few cabins left, or nothing left. They come straight from the boat's schedule and move as bookings arrive, so a date that looked open last week can carry a flag today. We check the live position before replying.
A couple needs one cabin; four friends need two on the same sailing. Once the cabin is confirmed in writing, the deposit secures it.
A sold-out Friday, and the private route around it
A full Friday has no cabin left, and that closes the shared trip for the date, nothing more. Ask us for the next sailing, or for a private route around it. The boat's schedule also notes that a date nobody has booked can go to a private charter.
A private charter starts on any day the boat is free. A party of ten pays IDR 140,000,000 (≈ USD 8,589) for the whole boat on 3 days, with no strangers aboard. Longer plans, 4, 5 and 6 days, exist only as private charters.

The 2027 calendar and its flags
Sailings in 2027 start in March and continue to December. Several dates are already full, a handful show the few-cabins flag, and the later months are wide open. Until a 2027 list is issued the present fares apply, with your price confirmed in writing before payment.
Families who like to plan a year out will find the second half of 2027 the easiest place to start. Confirmation works exactly as in 2026: in writing, then a 50% deposit to hold the cabins, with the rest paid 30 days ahead of the sailing.
Should Elbark be unable to sail, a substitute phinisi of matching or higher class keeps your date at no extra charge, or every rupiah paid is returned within 14 days.

How long is the shared trip, and when are we back?
Three days and two nights. You are collected at 08:30 on the first morning. On day 3 the quay at Labuan Bajo comes into view between 11:00 and 12:00, so book flights from 14:00 onwards. The drop-off covers your hotel, the airport or the harbour.
What does a 'few cabins' flag mean?
Only a handful of cabins remain on that date. Treat the flag as a warning light: we still confirm your cabin in writing before you pay. A date marked as full has no cabin left. The next date, or a private charter, takes its place.
Can a free date be taken for a private charter?
Yes. A date that nobody has booked can be used for a private charter, and a private charter can run on any other day the boat is free. For up to 10 guests the whole boat on 3 days is IDR 140,000,000 (≈ USD 8,589). Write to us with the date and the head count.
