A Komodo shared trip cabin with private jacuzzi exists on Elbark Cruises only once: Misool, the master cabin, at IDR 11,500,000 (≈ USD 706) a head for the 3-day sailing, two sharing. Every other cabin is ensuite and air-conditioned too, each for two, and the cheapest starts at IDR 6,500,000 (≈ USD 399).
Nine cabins, five types, three decks. Misool, the master cabin, is 34 sqm. Weh and Mentawai are 13.6 sqm each. Selayar and Rote measure 9.24 sqm, and Toraja, Alor, Banda Neira and Savu 8.75 sqm each. Every cabin is air-conditioned, ensuite, with a rainfall shower and hot water, and every cabin has a double bed for two.
The upper deck holds Misool, Weh and Mentawai. The main deck holds Selayar and Rote, beside the dining room and the lounge. The lower deck holds the other four. Before anyone pays, we put the cabin plan in writing.
Photographs cover one cabin of each type. Mentawai is shown through a photograph of the same cabin type as Weh, Rote through Selayar, Alor through Toraja and Banda Neira through Savu. Misool's set includes the jacuzzi balcony.

Check availability · SavuMisool is named after the karst islands of Raja Ampat in West Papua; the cabin itself looks out over Komodo water. It is the only cabin on the boat with a private balcony, a sofa and a jacuzzi, and it has a bathtub, a rainfall shower and a work desk besides.
A shared-trip place in this cabin is IDR 11,500,000 (≈ USD 706) per person, two sharing. It is the top fare aboard, and each sailing has exactly one, so ask for it before anything else.
Give it to a couple, or to the eldest of a big party who has earned the balcony. On a birthday charter it goes to whoever is turning the round number. Nothing else on board has a balcony or a jacuzzi.

The cabin fare covers the cruise director guide and the photographer. Park tickets are paid separately and are not in any fare. The shared trip leaves on Fridays and some Mondays, and the departures page lists every date with its status.
A flag on the calendar means few cabins are left, or none. We name your cabin in writing first; payment comes after.

Weh is named after Pulau Weh at the northern tip of Sumatra, and Mentawai after the Mentawai Islands off its west coast. On the boat they are neighbours on the upper deck, 13.6 sqm each, with a bathtub, big windows and a rainfall shower. Grandparents settle here, and so do couples who missed out on Misool.
Selayar is named after the island off the southern tip of Sulawesi, and Rote after the island at Indonesia's southern edge, near Timor. The two cabins are on the main deck, 9.24 sqm each, with ocean-view windows and a work desk. The dining room and lounge are a few steps away.
Selayar and Rote have no bathtub. What they offer is a wide view of the sea and the shortest walk to breakfast.
Toraja takes its name from the highlands of South Sulawesi, which are a region, not an island. Alor is named after the island in the Alor archipelago, north of Timor. Both cabins are 8.75 sqm with a double bed, a work desk and a small round marine window.
Banda Neira takes its name from the small island at the centre of the Banda Islands, known for its nutmeg history. Savu is named after Savu island in East Nusa Tenggara, between Sumba and Rote. Both are 8.75 sqm with a double bed and that small round window, and no cabin aboard costs less.
Down here sleep the guests who live on deck all day and come below for a cool, dark, quiet room with its own bathroom. Anyone who wants daylight through a big window should choose higher up.
A private charter takes the whole boat, from IDR 140,000,000 (≈ USD 8,589) for 3 days with up to 10 guests, and it runs for 2, 4, 5 and 6 days as well. Nine cabin fares for eighteen guests add up to less than the whole boat for three days. That works only when all nine cabins are free on a listed Friday or Monday. The shared trip leaves for 3 days and no other length.
A charter is the way to 4, 5 or 6 days, to any day of the week, to your own order of stops and to a boat with no other guests. A seat on the shared trip comes with the guide and the photographer. A charter price leaves both out; we quote them on request. Park tickets are in neither.
Should engine trouble, a harbour order or a park order keep Elbark tied up, your party transfers, dates unchanged, to a phinisi that matches or outranks her, and pays nothing more. If you would rather not, the full refund reaches you within 14 days.

You can ask for one. Every cabin fare is per person with two sharing, so a guest travelling alone should ask us how a single booking is priced on the chosen date. Cabin and price come back to you in writing, before payment.
No. Misool, Weh, Alor and the other six are cabin names only. The boat sails inside Komodo National Park from Labuan Bajo on every trip. Each name belongs to an Indonesian island, and the cabin simply carries it.
Engine trouble, a harbour order and a park closure are all covered. Either you keep your dates aboard a phinisi that matches or outranks Elbark, paying nothing extra, or you are repaid in full inside 14 days. Weather on the day is a separate matter, decided by the captain.
Yes. A private charter can be reserved for any 2027 date, and open-trip dates from March 2027 are on the calendar. The 2026 rate card applies until the 2027 card is issued. If a rate changes before your balance is due, we tell you first and you may cancel without charge.
Elbark Cruises is booked through PT Komodo Explorer Indonesia. We confirm your cabins, take the payment and arrange the pickup. The boat sails with its own crew.
