Komodo milestone birthday celebration on a private boat: Elbark Cruises takes up to 18 guests, and sixteen of them pay IDR 203,000,000 (≈ USD 12,454) for four days, or IDR 12,690,000 (≈ USD 779) each. The beach dinner setup is free from three nights, and the days are a sample route.
A birthday with a round number in it asks for time, not for an event. Four days give the family one day that belongs to the guest of honour and three that belong to the sea. The days below are a sample route. The captain sets the final order, and we send you the confirmation in writing ahead of payment.
Days 1 and 2 follow the standard 3-day route: Sebayur or Siaba, Taka Makassar, Manta Point and Padar, then Pink Beach, Komodo Island, Pengah and Kalong. Day 3 is Rinca and Manjarite, and it is the day to give to the birthday, since nothing waits at the end of it. Day 4 closes at Kelor and the harbour.
Sixteen guests make eight pairs, so eight of the nine cabins are in use. Weather decides each stop, and no sighting is promised on any of the four days.

Pickup at 08:30 on day 1 is the one fixed hour of an open trip; a private charter's pickup time is set with your date. Every other time on this page is a planning guide, and the captain sets the stop order on the day.
Misool, on the upper deck, is the master cabin: 34 sqm, with a double bed, a bathtub, and a private balcony with a sofa and a jacuzzi. Give it to the guest of honour. It is the only cabin on the boat with a balcony, so the choice makes itself.
Who fits where is the next question. Weh and Mentawai, at 13.6 sqm with a bathtub, sit next door on the upper deck, which suits the older relatives. Selayar and Rote on the main deck are a few steps from the dining room. Younger cousins take the lower deck, where the cabins are 8.75 sqm with a small round marine window.
Cabins differ in size and bed layout, so the plan is drawn with you. One cabin stays free, which leaves a spare when a guest drops out.

Check availability · SavuThe offer reads: free beach dinner setup for a minimum charter of 3 nights. Four days have three nights, so the setup is free. It is the evening the whole family sits down together on the sand, away from the dining room, with the boat behind them.
The captain agrees the food, the place and the hour with you that day, with the weather having a say. Anything beyond the standard dinner setup is on request, with a written confirmation before payment.
Back on board, the lounge carries movie and karaoke entertainment. Nobody needs to promise a volume or an hour; the captain and the party settle that between them.
A cake, decorations and a photographer are each on request, and each gets written confirmation ahead of payment. We do not promise a ceremony, a baker on board or a menu. The request goes to the boat, and we report back on what is possible.
A photographer is not in a private-charter price. Photo and video documentation is quoted separately, and the cruise director guide of the shared trip is a different product. Ask us before you fly a drone; the drone ticket is a park charge and not in any boat price.
Write to us with the date, the age being marked and what you have in mind. We answer with what can be arranged, and the cost, in writing.
On an open trip the pickup is at 08:30 on the first morning, from your hotel or any place in the city area. A private charter fixes the hour when the date is fixed. Transfers within the city area are in the fare.
A bigger vehicle for a large party is priced on its own, and the quote reaches you in writing ahead of payment.

Families settle the sum in different ways. Some split it equally, some cover the guest of honour's share together, and some let the children's parents pay for their own. Decide before you write, and tell us if the invoice should go to one name.
Under-threes travel free, and the full fare begins at 3. Park tickets are separate. A 2027 birthday trip is priced from the current list until a new list is released, with the price written down before payment.

Yes, on request. A photographer and documentation sit outside a private-charter price, and they are quoted separately. The shared trip includes a photographer in the cabin fare, which is a different product. Each arrangement is put in writing before payment.
The setup is. A free beach dinner setup comes with any charter of at least 3 nights, so four days qualify. What is served and where are agreed with the captain; a dinner beyond the setup is on request, with written confirmation ahead of payment.
Up to 18, two in each of the nine cabins. The boat price covers the first ten, and each guest from the eleventh adds a fixed amount, IDR 5,500,000 (≈ USD 337) on four days. Eighteen relatives pay IDR 214,000,000 (≈ USD 13,129) for the boat.
Elbark Cruises is booked through PT Komodo Explorer Indonesia. We confirm your cabins, take the payment and arrange the pickup. The boat sails with its own crew.
