Elbark Cruises
Four planning guides for whoever must choose the number of days
Updated 27 October 2026
Komodo private charter planning guides for Elbark Cruises, written for the person who has to decide. Four guides cover how many days to sail, what a day on board holds, what a private phinisi costs, and which months suit five days, all drawn from one price list.
Four guides, each for a different decision
Each guide answers one doubt. The first, on how many days to sail, sets 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 days side by side. The second walks through a day on board, from a late breakfast to the sky deck at dusk. The third lays out what a private phinisi costs, from the whole boat down to each guest. The fourth reads the twelve months for a five-day plan.
They are written for a party of 10 to 18 and for the relatives who will read the link. Figures come from the same sources as the rest of the site. A number that changes, such as a price, is a token that updates everywhere at once.
None of the guides replaces a written plan. They exist so that when you message us, you already know what to ask.

Opening with the guide closest to your doubt
Pick by doubt. If the family cannot agree on the length, start with the days guide. If someone asks what they will do all day on a boat, send the day-on-board guide. If the budget holder wants a number, send the cost guide. If the dates are not fixed, start with the months.
A group that has settled the days but not the month reads two guides, the biggest worry first. A group that is sure of the month but not of the budget reads the cost guide first and the days guide second.
Short answers sit at the top of each guide, and the sections below them hold the detail.
Where the figures in these pages come from
Prices come from the rate card of the boat, dated 2026 and valid to the end of 2026. For 2027 the current list stays in force until a new one is released, and you receive the price in writing before paying. Cabin sizes and decks come from the deck plan, and the inclusions from the boat's list of what the fare covers.
Only the 3-day route has a fixed stop list. The 2, 4, 5 and 6-day routes are sample days built from the standard stops plus Rinca, and the guides say so each time. Park fees follow the national regulation, PP 36/2024, and sunrise and sunset times are calculated for the months quoted.
Where a fact is unknown, the guide says so. Page updates carry the date 27 October 2026.
FAQ
Which guide first?
Start with how many days to sail if the length is open, with a day on board if someone doubts a boat for a week, with the cost guide if you hold the budget and with the months guide if the date is open. Each guide carries a short answer at the top.
Are the guides updated when prices change?
Yes. Every price in the guides is read from the same price list as the charter page, so a change appears in all of them at once. The current list is the 2026 rate card, and 2027 fares follow it until a new one is issued.
Who writes the guides?
The booking team at PT Komodo Explorer Indonesia, working from the boat's rate card, deck plan and schedule. We use no invented review and no figure that the boat has not published. When something is unknown, the guide says so and sends you to ask us.
